Terms of use

These terms apply when you use balenciamd.com and the online booking, forms and text messages that go with it. Balencia MD is operated by Balencia Medspa + Wellness LLC, with clinics in Providence, North Providence and South Kingstown, Rhode Island. "We" and "us" mean Balencia MD. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Information on this website isn't medical advice

• Everything on this site is general information about our treatments. It isn't medical advice, and it doesn't replace a consultation with a licensed provider.
• Using the site, filling in a form or sending us a message doesn't make you our patient. A provider decides whether a treatment is right for you at your consultation, after reviewing your health history.
• Individual results vary. Treatment times, recovery and how long results last differ from person to person.
• Treatments are performed under the direction of our medical director.
• Don't use our forms or texts for anything urgent. In a medical emergency, call 911.

Before and after photos and reviews

• Before and after photos show individual results, which vary. Photos of Balencia patients are labeled "Balencia patient". Others are supplied by the companies that make the devices and products we use, or by other practices, and are credited to them.
• Reviews on this site are quotes from real Google reviews by our patients.

Booking and appointments

• Online booking is run by Acolide, our booking system. A booking is confirmed once you receive our confirmation.
• Some treatments are available only at certain clinics. The website and booking page show where each one is offered.
• Let us know as early as you can if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Ask us about any deposit or cancellation policy when you book.

Prices and offers

• We don't list regular prices online. Your provider gives you a price at your free consultation or first visit, before treatment starts.
• Offers on this site are for a limited time and show their end date. We may change, extend or end an offer at any time.
• Unless an offer says otherwise: it can't be combined with other offers, it has no cash value, and it applies to treatments a provider has found suitable for you. Offers marked "new patients" are for people we haven't treated before, or haven't seen in over a year.
• If a price or offer on the site is wrong because of an error, we'll tell you and honor the correct one.

Financing, gift cards and other services

• Financing is provided by CareCredit, Cherry and Allē. You apply with them directly, and their terms apply.
• Gift cards are sold through Timely, and the terms shown at purchase apply.
• Our website links to other websites, such as these and Google Maps. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.

Text messages

• If you agree to texts on one of our forms, Balencia MD will text you about your request and send occasional offers. How often varies.
• Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. You can also call (401) 599-0202.
• You don't have to agree to texts to book or buy anything.
• Carriers aren't responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your information, including your mobile number.

Using the website

• Please don't misuse the site: don't try to get into parts of it you aren't meant to, disrupt it, or send forms with false information or on someone else's behalf without their permission.
• The text, photos, logos and design of this site belong to Balencia MD or to the companies that let us use them. Don't copy or reuse them without our permission. Product and device names are trademarks of their owners.

Disclaimers and limits on our responsibility

• We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but it is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
• To the extent the law allows, Balencia MD isn't responsible for losses that come from using, or being unable to use, the website. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility we can't limit by law, including for the care we provide in our clinics.

Rhode Island law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we'll post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
