Your visit, step by step

Before
- Tell us about your skincare routine and any medicines, especially Accutane, so we can choose the right facial. Skip retinol and exfoliating acids for 2–3 days before, and don't wax or thread your face for a few days.

During
- Your esthetician looks at your skin and talks through your goals, then works through the steps of a clinical facial: a deep cleanse, exfoliation with steam, extractions, hydration and protection. The vitamin C facial adds a treatment with vitamin C, glycolic acid, enzymes and peptides. Dermaplaning gently removes dead skin and fine facial hair with a sterile blade. Most facials take about 60 minutes.

After
- Your skin looks fresh straight away. It can look a little pink for a few hours, especially after extractions. Use gentle skincare and sunscreen, and skip exfoliants and retinol for 2–3 days. Many patients come back every 4 to 6 weeks.
